Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on bringing Lumé to the EU — if you're outside the US and want to know when we get there, join the list on our homepage.

Handling time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within a few hours of that email, check your spam folder.

Delays
Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday periods can push things out. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll chase it down.
