How to request a refund

Email us at support@glowinglume.com with your order number. You don't need to return the mask.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@glowinglume.com.
